Who we are
Tiny Moments Kept (tinymomentskept.com) is a content website about preserving childhood memories. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it’s used, and the choices available to visitors. If you have questions, contact us at contact@tinymomentskept.com.
Information we collect
Automatically, from everyone who visits: Standard technical data collected by our hosting provider and analytics tools — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location (city/region level, derived from IP). This is collected via Google Analytics (GA4) and standard web server logs.
Through cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies for basic site functionality and analytics. If you arrive via an email newsletter or ad, a tracking parameter may be present in the URL. Once display advertising is active on the site, our ad partner(s) (e.g., Mediavine) and their vendors will also set cookies to serve and measure ads — this section will be updated with the specific vendor list and consent controls before that launches.
If you sign up for email updates: Email signup is not currently active on this site. When it is, we will collect your email address (and name, if provided) through our email provider (ConvertKit) for the sole purpose of sending the content you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
If you leave a comment: If commenting is enabled on a post, we collect the name, email, and website (optional) you submit with the comment, along with your IP address and browser user agent, to help detect spam (via Akismet or a similar service).
How we use this information
We use the information above to operate and improve the site, understand which content is useful (via aggregated analytics), respond to inquiries, send requested email content, and — once active — serve relevant advertising and measure its performance.
We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and rely on our service providers’ (Hostinger, Google, ConvertKit, etc.) security practices to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves — for example, when email signup, affiliate links, or display ads go live. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
